Matt Dale brings over four decades of automotive industry experience, with the past 14 years dedicated to advancing electric mobility. Over the last eight years, he has specialised in supporting fleets as they transition from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles and wider e‑mobility solutions.
Matt previously developed and led the Fleet Consultancy Team at ALD Automotive in the UK before moving to Paris as Global EV Business Owner for ALD SA. In this role, he expanded his focus to include Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and helped shape the company’s global electrification strategy.
With experience spanning vehicle manufacturing, the dealer network, and the leasing industry, where he also built LCV businesses. Matt offers a uniquely broad perspective on the automotive landscape. His background enables a holistic, commercially grounded approach to e‑mobility and low‑carbon transport.
