As Managing Director of US Capital Global’s UK office, Marta leads strategic initiatives to provide tailored financial solutions, including equity investments, credit facilities, and M&A advisory to mid-market companies.

Marta started her career at Citigroup over 30 years ago, where she spent 25 years working across major financial hubs, including London, Tokyo, Athens, and Budapest. During her time there, she held various senior leadership roles at global, regional, and local levels, with a primary focus on securities and fund services.

In addition to her role at US Capital, she serves as the CEO and founder of Kalahari Finance, a boutique corporate finance advisory and consultancy firm. Her passion lies in driving client success through measurable outcomes, with a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility. She is deeply involved in shaping strategies that foster long-term growth, while contributing to solutions that prioritize both business success and positive social impact.

Marta's industry leadership extends to active involvement in key professional organizations. She sits on the Corporate Finance Forum Committee of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), holds memberships with the Institute of Directors (IOD) for both the UK and China, and is an engaged member of the Hungarian British Business Alliance Global (HBBA Global).
