Luciana Antonini Ribeiro is the CEO and Founder of Flying Rivers Capital, a Latin America–focused investment platform mobilizing capital toward the energy transition and global decarbonization. She currently serves as Chair of the Finance Working Group for the Sustainable Business COP (SBCOP), helping shape the agenda for climate finance and private-sector engagement. Previously, she was Co-Founder of EB Capital, one of Brazil’s leading investment firms focused on scaling transformative businesses across key sectors of the real economy, and also served as Chair of the Finance and Infrastructure Working Group for the B20 Brazil 2024. Over her career, Luciana has held numerous board positions in both private and non-profit organizations, advising on governance, strategy and impact. She was recognized by Forbes as one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Brazil and among the 100 Most Innovative Women in Business, underscoring her leadership at the intersection of finance, climate and sustainable development.
