Louise is a leader in regenerative and transformative business, people and education.
At Volans, Louise forms a constellation of the most outstanding global thinkers and innovators to work on and inspire thought leadership Initiatives such as Tomorrow’s Capitalism Inquiry, the Green Swans Observatory and the Bankers For NetZero Initiative. She and the team also work directly with a select group of leading businesses to unlock their vision and capabilities when seeking deep transformation towards a regenerative future.
Louise has always worked at the frontier of innovation, starting her career in the tech industry before successfully launching, running and advising cradle-to-cradle and circular economy brands across Europe.
Highly focused on empowering the next generation or regenerators, Louise is a mentor through Aspire and lectures at Cranfield University’s Centre for Design, Innovation and Sustainability. She has recently been appointed as Chair of the University of Exeter Business School’s Board of International Advisors and she is also on the Advisory board of the Global CO2 Initiative, the Sustainable Finance Centre, The UKRI Interdisciplinary Centre for Circular Chemical Economy and The Good Growth Company.
Louise is Danish, lives in London and has a degree from Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
