Laura Turnbull is a senior people and culture leader with 15+ years of experience across health tech and retail organisations in the UK and internationally. She currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Pharmacy2U, guiding the business through significant transformation whilst maintaining inclusivity, high performance and sustainable growth.
Laura has led organisations through significant transformation, including scaling, mergers and acquisitions, organisational redesign and cultural integration across the UK and APAC regions. Most recently, leading Pharmacy2U to achieve B Corp certification, elevating senior leadership sponsors and empowering wider teams to act as sustainability champions. All whilst supporting Pharmacy2U’s mission to make digital healthcare accessible for all people.
