As Commercial Director at the REA, Lara leads strategic growth and member value initiatives. She brings over two decades of international experience in commercial leadership, strategy, and digital transformation, including senior executive roles at Microsoft and Salesforce. She has also advised start‑ups and scale‑ups in the tech‑for‑sustainability space.
Lara is an experienced Non‑Executive Director, serving on the Board of Magna Housing and previously on the Boards of Thomas Telford Ltd and AQA Education.
She is a committed advocate for developing future leaders and is active in public advocacy and volunteer mentoring. Her academic contributions include teaching and residence roles at Cornell University, the Cox School of Business, and RMIT.
Lara is a graduate of the Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme (Cambridge CISL), holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, and earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
