Will is Head of Operations at Forster Communications, the sustainability PR agency using communications to protect and improve lives. With a background in financial management, he is responsible for ensuring Forster meet its impact targets, including compliance with ISO14001 and B Corp status and engaging suppliers, employees and wider community on that journey. In 2015, Forster became a founding UK B Corporation and since then it has won eleven Best for the World awards for progressive business behaviour. In January 2020, it became the first communications agency to publish a Climate Positive Plan, with net zero commitments across its value chain and is now actively sharing this with others to inspire change
