Kate Holliday is Head of ESG at Global Experience Specialists (GES), where she leads the development and delivery of sustainability strategy across the EMEA region for one of the world’s leading live events and exhibitions businesses.

Her role is focused on making sustainability work in the real world, helping teams reduce waste, lower emissions and make better material choices on the ground. From finding alternatives to high-impact materials to improving recycling and managing waste during busy event builds, Kate works closely with operational teams and suppliers to turn ideas into practical changes.

Across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, she supports teams and clients to meet ESG requirements, strengthen reporting and deliver consistent, workable approaches across different markets and venues.

Kate is passionate about keeping sustainability simple and actionable, focusing on what will genuinely make a difference rather than adding complexity.
