Karina Berg is an international conservation and freshwater specialist with over 15 years’ experience working across water stewardship, landscape conservation, sustainable agriculture and corporate sustainability. She has led global programmes and partnerships across Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America, convening businesses, NGOs, governments and local stakeholders to address environmental challenges at catchment and landscape scale. Her work focuses on strengthening freshwater, landscape and food system resilience through collective action, water governance, cross-sector collaboration and systems-based approaches that support biodiversity, more sustainable supply chains and long-term environmental and business resilience. She is particularly interested in translating complex environmental challenges into practical, measurable action and bridging perspectives across sectors to help drive collaborative approaches capable of delivering scalable, lasting impact.
