Justine is an experienced member of the ASA’s Complaints and Investigations team. As a project manager working on the ASA’s environmental work over the last five years, Justine has been closely involved in its outputs on claims in various sectors, including Energy, Transport, Disposal, Food and Fashion. She is interested in the persuasive power of advertising and particularly in its role in our transition to a lower carbon future. Helping organisations to speak about their progress in a compliant way, while giving consumers and businesses the information they need to make informed choices, is at the heart of the ASA’s strategy on environmental issues.
