John is the Senior Responsible Owner (Interim) for the West Yorkshire Mass Transit Programme.
He is an experienced senior leader in programmes in government and the rail industry with a successful track record in sponsoring the strategic development of complex programmes, including the East Coast Main Line, Midland Main Line, TransPennine Route Upgrade and Euston Station.
He is skilled in creating collaborative working environments between organisations to successfully develop and design complex public realm, infrastructure and operational change programmes.
