James has many years of experience building and running successful companies in the financial services sector. James set up Pantheon Financial Management Ltd in 2000, which he grew organically and through acquisitions to become the largest independent IFA group in the UK. He sold Pantheon to Friends Provident and was a member of their main board for 3 years.

James has owned, invested in and managed numerous other businesses across sectors; from wind farms and vertical farming, through to SME lending.
