Isabelle joined the Atrato Group in August 2023 as the Head of Sustainability. Isabelle is responsible for leading Atrato's ESG activities and overseeing sustainability strategy across Atrato and its managed funds, including Social Housing REIT plc ("SOHO"), a listed specialised supported housing fund with £598 million of deployed capital at 31 December 2026, across a portfolio that can accommodate up to 3,412 residents. She plays a key role in embedding responsible investment practices across SOHO’s UK residential portfolio and supporting Atrato’s commitment to long‑term, sustainable value creation. Prior to joining Atrato, Isabelle worked as a Manager within EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services team, where she advised a range of public and private sector clients on managing the risks and opportunities associated with climate change and sustainability. Isabelle holds an LLB (Hons) and BSc (Geography and Environmental Science) from the University of Canterbury and completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental and Energy Law from Georgetown University as Fulbright Scholar.
