Isabel manages the Operations Team across the eight LENs networks in the EU and UK covering & >80,000 hectares, delivering €30m of funding to farmers since 2021. She is a rare-breed sheep farmer in Wiltshire, UK, and has advised farmers in Africa, Europe and India, learning from and supporting them to improve farm practices to increase climate resilience, produce optimum value crops and improve biodiversity. Passionate about actions to create meaningful and lasting positive impact, she is a graduate of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership.
