Policy Coordinator , West Yorkshire Combined Authority

Isaac is currently the policy coordinator of the Net Zero & Energy team at West Yorkshire Combined Authority where he identifies and delivers opportunities for decarbonisation across the region. Since starting at the Authority, Isaac has co-led the design, development and delivery of their Carbon Literacy programme which has seen 100 staff members certified in Carbon Literacy, 200 actions pledged, and the authority becoming one of the first Combined Authorities to become a bronze level Carbon Literate Organisation(CLO).
