Illana Adamson
Illana Adamson is a globally recognised sustainability advisor and keynote speaker, known for her ability to boards and senior leaders navigate the intersection of sustainability, resilience and long-term value creation. With over two decades of experience spanning earth systems science, strategy and international business growth, she works with organisations to move beyond compliance and use sustainability as a strategic advantage. In addition to being quoted in publications such as Dow Jones, Illana frequently speaks at leading global forums including COP26, UCL - Sustainable Leadership Forum, University of Oxford, WEX Global, Anthropy, and Saudi Media Forum. She regularly advises leadership teams on the shift from BAU to sustainability as a core fiduciary responsibility. Her work is grounded in academic rigour and real world delivery, translating complex global (environmental, geo-political, economic and social) challenges into clear practical insight for decision makers operating in increasingly complex interconnected markets.
