Ian founded House of Impact to help the brightest people to work for societies' most impactful organisations. With a background in executive search since 2008, Ian most recently established the Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing practice at a boutique consultancy, growing it from a single-person team in London in 2017 to a 20-consultant network across London, New York, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He also co-founded the London Impact Investing Network.
