Hugo De Oliveira Camillo is a project coordinator in construction, training to become a project/construction manager. His journey across architecture, real estate, and property management began as a Part 1 architectural assistant, later working at Chestertons and as a freelance property manager. With a passion for development and community, Hugo aims to return to Brazil to support local projects.

At DDG, he progressed from member to architecture mentor, and now team coordinator, connecting youth with opportunities. The community not only helped his own career progressing, but also allowed him to help the students within the network in gaining work experience and opening up doors for them into the industry.

At Reset Connect, Hugo will share how his journey from apprentice to mentor empowered his career and helped shape paths for young people.
