Holly Turner is Head of Sustainable Investment at Schroders Capital, where she leads the development and delivery of a coordinated, platform-wide sustainability and impact strategy. In this role, she works closely with investment specialists across asset classes, central business functions and Schroders Group ESG and Impact teams to drive collaboration and ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to sustainable investing.

She joined Schroders Capital more than three years ago, initially focusing on advancing the firm's approach to climate across private markets before expanding her remit to encompass all aspects of sustainable investment.
