Heidi Barnard is a sustainability leader with over 20 years’ experience driving environmental strategy across the Manufacturing, Construction and Healthcare sectors. As an ISEP Fellow, CIWM Fellow Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Waste Manager and Full Member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences, she brings deep technical expertise alongside practical, system-wide insight. Heidi leads strategic programmes supporting the NHS Net Zero, Scope 3 and Social Value agenda, specialising in decarbonisation, behaviour change and cross sector collaboration. She is also a passionate mentor and advocate for building green skills across the workforce.
