Harriet is Head of Customer Success at Foodsteps, a sustainability tech business with a mission to support the food industry to reduce its impact on the planet, turning targets into actions. With a keen interest in all things edible, Harriet started her career in food media at Great British Chefs managing marketing campaigns and events for a wide range of food and food-adjacent brands including Barilla and several tourist boards. Through the pandemic a lingering interest in food policy developed into a focused one on sustainability and a move to Foodsteps. In the intervening years, Harriet has supported contract caterers, casual dining and food brands as they measure, reduce and communicate the carbon footprint of their offering.
