Georgina Mitchell

Georgina has a background in financial services, but for the past ten years has held a portfolio of non-executive director roles spanning financial services, healthcare and education. From 2021 to 2025 she chaired the ESG Advisory Board for a firm of wealth managers, taking them through BCorp accreditation and advising on the subsequent impact reporting. In December 2025 she took on the role of Chair of the newly formed Aire Resilience Company (ARC), a Community Interest Company created to provide innovative funding solutions to the implementation and long-term maintenance of natural flood defence systems to make Leeds and the Aire Valley more climate resilient.
