George Latham is an entrepreneur and impact investing leader who built WHEB Asset Management from a £25m start-up into one of the world's most recognised impact investing brands, growing Assets Under Management to a peak of £1.6bn before securing the business's long-term future through a strategic sale in 2025. Over a 30-year career in asset management he has combined commercial rigour with deep expertise in sustainable and impact investing, and has been a frequent speaker and recognised thought leader in the field - contributing to multiple initiatives to help set standards across the sector. Since leaving WHEB he has been exploring the application of systems thinking to sustainable investment and organisational leadership.
