Gee established ReSpoce Projects in 2015. which he has guided from a voluntarily organisation reusing empty buildings and wasted resources into an award-winning social innovator, which is managing unique multi-milion pound sustainable regeneration project, Previously an experienced media executive, Gee was made homeless in 2012, which radicalised his thinking - and led to him developing systems for disrupting entrenched business and social models to create resilience and positive change in profound new ways.

Gee has experience working across an array of fields and cross-sections of society, but it is his experience working with grassroots activists and community groups that has proved to be a source of deep insight. Homelessness taught him many fundamental and practical survival skills and his ability to straddle both the world of grass roots, communities and counter culture, as well as local and regional governance and corporate business, means his is extremely well-placed to navigate and advocate for progressive social change. He's now motivating and guiding experienced change-makers, local communities and social enterprises to create abundant environments aimed at wealth building, resilience and holistic regeneration.
