Fiona Couper
Fiona leads the charge on group-wide ESG strategy, governance and innovation at VCCP. She is currently focused on the development of AI‑enabled tools and capabilities designed to deliver simultaneous commercial, social and environmental outcomes.
Fiona’s approach is defined by her experience as a CMO and Managing Director within strategic consultancies. This blend of commercial leadership, ESG expertise and transformation experience allows her to bridge the gap between data, creative and operations. Her work centers on building robust risk and governance frameworks that help the agency and its clients navigate emerging regulations with clarity, turning potential compliance hurdles into engines for growth.
Since joining VCCP in 2015, Fiona has overseen a diverse specialist portfolio, including the responsible business consultancy Corporate Citizenship. She began her career in account management and new business at major agencies before leading a boutique management consultancy focused on marketing-led business change.
Her current mantra: ‘Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.’
