Emily Rose Williams is a sustainability consultant specialising in supply chain engagement, climate strategy, and sustainability risk management. She supports organisations in translating climate ambition into end-to-end action—from strategy development and sustainability risk assessment through to practical implementation across complex global value chains.

Emily works with companies across sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, food and beverage, and utilities to address scope 3 emissions and build resilient, low-carbon supply chains. Her experience includes designing supplier engagement programmes, delivering climate capability-building at scale, and supporting companies to leverage disclosure requirements into strategic directions to deliver value throughout operations.

She is particularly focused on bridging the gap between high-level frameworks and real-world delivery—ensuring climate strategies are actionable for suppliers of all sizes.
