With a background in social work and years of experience managing complex projects and operations, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to sustainability conversations, one that puts communities, workers, and businesses at the heart of change.

As chair for the "The Road to Fleet Electrification: Plug In & Power Up", Emily brings a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities small businesses face when adapting to new technologies and regulations. She is  particularly passionate about making sustainability accessible, asking the right questions, and creating space for honest, practical conversations.
