Elena was born and raised in the Arctic, witnessing climate change firsthand. She worked with businesses across 35 countries and led cross-functional teams up to 500 people. But seeing her childhood home melt away and becoming a mother, inspired her to quit corporate career in search for real impact.
Now Elena focuses on bringing a business model to land restoration. By merging agriculture and construction, +EARTH+ helps restore soils with plants and create carbon-negative construction materials from clean plant biomass.
