Denise is a Practice Director and the Global Climate Lead at customer consultancy C Space. With over 20 years’ experience in brand strategy, advertising planning and qualitative research, Denise has worked across almost every sector going, with a clear idea on how categories and businesses can learn from each other to enable growth. Denise now specialises in customer insight and strategic planning for climate sustainability, specifically. She is a co-founder of the Insight Climate Collective – created to explore the Insight industry’s response to the climate emergency - and a former member of the DAS UK Sustainability Working Group.
