Behaviour Change
David Hall is a behavioural science strategist and sustainability expert with more than 25 years’ experience helping organisations turn good intentions into real-world behaviour change. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Behaviour Change, a UK-based not-for-profit consultancy that works with businesses, NGOs and governments to tackle complex social and environmental challenges through evidence-based behavioural insight.
David’s work focuses on the critical gap between awareness and action - why people say they want to act sustainably but often fail to follow through. Drawing on behavioural science frameworks and creative strategy, he helps organisations design interventions that make sustainable choices easier, more attractive and more normal across supply chains, workplaces and households.
Over the course of his career David has developed behavioural strategies for organisations including the National Trust, Mars Wrigley, RNID and the RSPCA, and has led major multi-stakeholder initiatives on sustainability and resource efficiency.
