Daniel Lucy-Lloyd
Director of Network Services,
Fuuse
Dan is Director of Network Services at Fuuse, a leading charge point management platform. Having been with the company since its inception over six years ago, he has played a central role in shaping the direction of the platform, particularly in its early product design. From day one, Dan and the team recognised that the charge point management systems of the time lacked user-centricity and failed to genuinely empower network operators. Fuuse was built to address that gap, giving organisations the tools they need to efficiently run their networks on their own terms.
Dan has held leadership roles across Product, Project Management, and Support Services, recently spearheading a complete overhaul of Fuuse’s service delivery model. His focus has always been on real-world impact-working closely with organisations ranging from small public networks and local authorities to large enterprise fleets. While the scale and challenges differ, the core goals of decarbonisation and operational efficiency often lead to solutions that are far simpler than expected.
A strong advocate for collaboration and the democratisation of technology, Dan believes the transition to electrified transport is just getting started and that open, inclusive innovation will be key to making it work for everyone. He’s vocal about avoiding unnecessary gatekeeping and ensuring that the benefits of EV infrastructure are widely accessible.
What keeps Dan motivated is the sense of purpose driving the sector. He’s passionate about decarbonisation and sees this moment as a rare societal pivot. One where the way we move is being redefined. For him, contributing to that shift through thoughtful design and practical leadership isn’t just a job, it’s a privilege.
