I'm Cora Purdy, a Sustainability Manager from Belfast with a first-class degree in Environmental Science. My career began on the factory floor at DS Smith — one of the UK's largest recycled paper mills — before two years travelling through Southeast Asia and Australia, where the global plastic crisis and a stint as a tour biologist on the Great Barrier Reef deepened my conviction that this work really matters.

Since then I've worked in sustainability consulting at ESG Made Easy, and for the past year as Sustainability Manager at SURI. In that time I've launched our first recycled product, led our latest impact report and been building the foundations for B Corp recertification, our first Life Cycle Assessments, Scope 3 emissions tracking and our social sustainability strategy.

I believe sustainability only works when it's honest, practical, and built to last — and that's what I'll be exploring at Reset Connect.
