As Head of New Business Development and Partnerships at Village Capital, Costanza leads fundraising and partnership development with the funders and investors community.

She’s particularly passionate about gender lens investing and works on developing programs and partnerships aimed at catalyzing more capital, more strategically, globally.

Costanza joined Village Capital from FINCA International where co-launched FINCA Ventures Fund, an impact vc fund focused on agritech, edtech, energy, and fintech. 

Outside of work, Costanza likes to mentor entrepreneurs and startups, and she is particularly interested in AI for impact.
