I'm a senior advisor to breakthrough founders building inclusive markets and scaling ventures with purpose and impact. Current advisory work includes Gifftid.ai with its outstanding data capture for modern SMEs; Impact Licensing Initiative and Studio transforming unused IP into successful companies in Africa; ImpactScopeDIOM developing outcome based finance to scale; and AI-UK supporting companies into effective use of AI. Non profit roles include City Bridge Foundation, ambassador for GSG Impact and Impact Investing Institute UK.

My background includes CEO leadership in organisations across social investment, health, entrepreneurship and public policy. I've worked globally in over 45 countries, supporting systems change, deepening inclusion and growing mission-driven enterprises.

Along the way I've led major market-building efforts, worked closely with governments and regulators and supported innovators tackling complex challenges. I care deeply about practical action, mutual learning and helping ventures align ambition with impact.
