Claire Traynor
In her role as Chief Commercial Officer at Nattergal, Claire has been instrumental in demonstrating that Nature is not only critical infrastructure, essential for a resilient future but also a credible and investible asset class.
A consistent theme across Claire’s work is her commitment to bridging the gap between private sector growth and the recovery of Nature. Since joining the organisation, she has led a series of landmark partnerships that have helped position Nattergal at the forefront of the UK’s emerging natural capital market, aligning business needs with positive outcomes for Nature and creating alliances that expand public engagement with wildland restoration - such as the Scouts.
Before joining Nattergal, Claire spent 20 years in the corporate sector. She began her career as a Management Consultant before moving into senior Strategy and Commercial roles within the food and beverage industry, most recently at Kraft Heinz. She also holds a Sustainability Management qualification from Cambridge University.
