Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience in clean energy working in consultancy, strategy and delivery roles within the private sector, Local Government and the Civil Service.  She is an Engineer and started her career as Sustainability Consultant working on a range of energy, water and built environment projects. This, alongside her role in leading and delivering Islington’s award winning Bunhill Heat Network, provided a core foundation in the successful delivery of complex sustainability and energy projects. Charlotte has worked in numerous strategy, policy and investment roles including heading up governments Heat Network Investment Programme, the 2022 Heat and Building Strategy and developing Bring Energy’s growth and decarbonisation strategy. Charlotte has recently joined Westminster’s City Councils to lead the Clean Air and Clean Energy delivery strategy.
