Charles brings over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, spanning five continents. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to advancing sustainable energy practices and technologies. As a Sales Leader at 3M, Charles leads a team that specialises in leveraging 3M’s extensive portfolio of products and materials to enhance and support supply chains in both current and future energy landscapes. Their work ranges from providing safety-critical materials for the nuclear industry to developing additives and components for geothermal wells, improving energy grid performance, and enhancing wind turbine efficiency. Charles holds a BEng (Hons) in Industrial Geology from the University of Exeter, Camborne School of Mines.
