Caroline brings extensive knowledge and experience of sustainability in sport having previously worked for a BASIS member, served on the BASIS Board, and worked in sport sustainability consultancy.

As Operations and Sustainability Manager at Southampton Football Club, Caroline was instrumental in the development and launch of the club’s sustainability strategy and was a major driving force behind some of the club’s most powerful environmental initiatives.
