,
Quorn Foods
A lifelong veggie and a proud Yorkshirewoman, Bibi has found her natural home at Quorn Foods, the largest positive protein producer in the UK, based in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. She has led Quorn Foods’ Net Positive strategy since 2022.
She has a background in continuous improvement and change management across a range of FMCG companies. She made a move into sustainability in 2021, completing an MSc in Sustainability at Cranfield University. At Quorn Foods, she ensures sustainability is part of everyone’s role, with everyone delivering an individual ‘Net Positive Objective’ each year. This approach to shared ownership delivers widespread results – from energy reductions led by ops teams to improvements in human rights led by procurement; packaging reductions and community outreach programmes, all driven by enthusiastic individuals across the business. This approach to shared responsibility was recognised by industry, being awarded the ‘Environmental Leadership’ award at the Food and Drink Federation Awards in 2025.
The team were also awarded ‘Food Waste Initiative of the Year’ for their novel approach to food redistribution, which saw a 46% reduction in food waste, and distributed 2.1 million portions of food to those in need.
