Becky Wirth (Foreman) currently serves as the Head of Government Affairs UK at 3M, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Wirth was the Public Affairs Lead at The Football Association for a brief period in September to October 2024 and at IAB UK from January to May 2023.

Wirth's extensive experience in corporate affairs includes a long tenure at Microsoft, where roles included UK Corporate Affairs Director and Head of UK Government Affairs from June 2011 to September 2022. Additional experience was gained at Portland Communications as Associate Director from January 2008 to June 2011, and at Ofcom, where Wirth held positions including Head of the Chairman's Office and EU Public and Political Relations Advisor from July 2004 to December 2007.

Wirth's education includes a BA in Economics and History from Durham University, a Short Course in Introduction to English Law and Legal Method from City, University of London, and a Professional Certificate in Digital Policy Issues & Trends from University College Dublin.
