Anna Katharina Meyer
Dr. Anna Katharina Meyer works at the intersection of sustainability, organizational steering, and long-term resilience. As co-founder of FindingSustainia, she supports companies and institutions in building systems that enable real impact, rather than treating sustainability as a reporting exercise.
Her work focuses on how organizations make decisions under complexity and how governance, metrics, and structures shape what is prioritized. With a PhD in accounting and control systems, Anna has researched how steering systems influence organizational behavior. Her core insight: what organizations measure and how they steer determines what becomes reality.
Building on this, she helps organizations integrate environmental and social impact directly into their decision-making logic. This includes designing KPIs, governance structures, and management processes that align ambition, performance, and measurable outcomes.
