Adam Ward is Chief Technology Officer at Twinview, where he leads the development and delivery of digital twin and smart building solutions. With a background in architecture and Building Information Modelling (BIM), he brings a strong understanding of how buildings are designed, constructed and documented, and how this data can be used in operation.

Starting his career in architecture, Adam specialised in BIM and digital construction, working with design and delivery teams to create coordinated models and structured data environments. This experience underpins his approach to digital twins, ensuring that information created during design and construction remains accurate, accessible and useful throughout the building lifecycle.

At Twinview, Adam focuses on connecting BIM with live data from BMS, IoT and facilities systems to create a single operational view of building performance. By linking design intent with real-world performance, he helps organisations identify inefficiencies, optimise systems and support more informed, data-driven decisions.
