Cities need to collaborate effectively, share knowledge and drive meaningful, measurable and sustainable action on climate change. Residents need communities, and access to amenities, healthcare, education, public transport, employment opportunities and clean air if they are to thrive. The question is how to fund it with sustainability at the heart of that vision. Does it require regulatory reform? How would private capital best work with local and regional authorities to provide optimal outcomes for communities? What circular models are Cities looking at to thrive?
