Sustainable and circular features are desirable and sometimes mandated requirements for new developments - whilst initial strategy may be ambitious (we know what we should do), barriers to delivery still persist for design teams and developers to turn sustainable housing ambitions into reality. There are many approaches to what makes a place "sustainable", this panel discusses how disciplines can come together to make actionable change and aims to seek out easy wins that can improve the scale of quality delivery in placemaking.
