The UK has long been home to creative hubs beyond London, from world-class media production to thriving arts and cultural sectors.

This panel explores how regional arts and media initiatives, through partnerships between local authorities, educational institutions and private sector players, are driving economic growth, talent development and social impact.

Panelists will discuss strategies for supporting creative talent, fostering innovation in media technologies, building sustainable careers and enhancing regional cultural infrastructure. We'll show how these collaborations are helping creative hubs outside the M25 punch above their weight in arts and media innovation.
