Is Reset Connect London free to attend?
Yes, we offer a free Visitor Pass, giving you access to the exhibition, conference stages and networking opportunities across the event.
Across two days, you can hear from 450+ speakers, attend 250+ sessions across six main stages and eight show floor hubs and meet 300+ solution providers showcasing the latest sustainability innovations.
Visitor Pass holders also gain access to the Reset Connect Networking App, allowing you to browse the attendee list, connect with other participants and plan meetings before and during the event.

Where can I access my ticket?
Your ticket will be available to download via our Networking App around one month before the event, and we’ll notify you by email when it becomes available. It can be found behind the “My Badge” on the app's homepage.
To enter the event, simply present your digital badge at the registration desk when you arrive, and our team will print your badge for entry.
Can I register at the event?
Yes, on-site registration will be available at Reset Connect London. During the event days, 23-24 June, attendees who have not registered in advance will need to purchase an Event Day Pass (£50 + VAT) to enter.
You can register for a free Visitor Pass online up until the day of the event. We recommend registering in advance to secure your place without cost and avoid queues at the venue.
Is there an event app?
Yes, attendees who register will receive their login details and instructions on how to download the Reset Connect Networking App approximately two weeks before the event.
The app allows you to access your digital badge for event entry, curate your own event agenda, browse the attendee and speaker lists and use our matchmaking tool to connect with relevant contacts before, during and after the event.
Can I connect with attendees after the event?
Yes, the networking app remains active after the event, allowing you to continue connecting with attendees. Simply log in using your credentials and visit the “Attendees” section to search for participants, view profiles and request connections.
Where can I access the attendee list?
The full attendee list is available in the Reset Connect Networking App. Navigate to the “Attendees” section to browse profiles, discover relevant contacts and connect with participants before, during and after the event.
Will there be investors at the event?
Yes. Reset Connect London brings together a wide range of investors, including venture capital firms, impact investors, institutional investors and corporate venture teams seeking opportunities in sustainability and climate innovation.
Can I claim CPD by attending the event?
Yes, all conference sessions at Reset Connect London are CPD-accredited, allowing attendees to earn CPD hours by participating in selected sessions. After the event, all attendees will be sent information on how to claim their CPD hours in the weeks following the event.
How can I request a visa invitation letter?
Visa invitation letters are ONLY issued to attendees who have purchased a paid pass, as well as confirmed exhibitors and speakers. If you require a visa to attend Reset Connect London, please contact us at hello@reset-connect.com to request a visa invitation letter, which can be used to support your UK visa application.
We strongly recommend beginning your visa application as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing and to ensure you can obtain your visa in time for the event.
Are students allowed to attend the event?
Yes, students are welcome to attend Reset Connect London and can apply for a Student Pass to enter the event for free.
Are there volunteering opportunities at the event?
Yes. Reset Connect London offers volunteering opportunities for individuals who would like to gain hands-on experience at a large-scale sustainability event and connect with professionals across the green economy.
Volunteering is open to anyone interested in supporting the event, including those studying event management, sustainability or related fields, as well as individuals looking to gain experience in the sector and expand their professional network.

Are children allowed to enter the event?
Reset Connect London is open to attendees aged 16 and over due to the professional nature of the event and conference programme.
