Without

Without® re-engineers the "impossible" plastic and textile waste no one else can recycle into virgin-grade materials with a verifiable soul.

Most of the world's "impossible" waste (multi-layered plastic packaging, soiled blended textiles, river plastic) never gets recycled. Less than 1% of MLP is recovered globally. The rest is burnt, buried, or fed to oceans. We treat that waste as an untapped resource, not a problem to apologise for.

Our patented VerdiCycle process is a chemo-mechanical extraction operating at 100–120°C and 1–2 ATM, water-based, no organic solvents. It is not pyrolysis. It is not mechanical recycling. It is not mass balance. Every kilogram is physically traceable from waste source to finished pellet.

VerdiCycle produces three output streams from a single reactor:

  • VerdiFLX — a recycled polyolefin compound (PE+PP) at virgin parity, qualified for injection moulding, blow moulding, automotive and packaging applications.
  • VerdiPTA — 99.6% pure recycled terephthalic acid, cleaner than industrial-grade virgin. Polymerised to yarn-grade intrinsic viscosity (0.654 dL/g, ASTM spec 0.640) on the first commercial trial.
  • VerdiFLO — performance-grade recycled polyester yarn made from torn, soiled, blended textile waste that mechanical recyclers and dissolution plants both reject. First commercial run: December 2026.

At commercial scale, every kilogram of VerdiFLX is net carbon-negative — independently LCA-validated at −0.47 kg CO₂e/kg on global grid electricity, improving to −0.95 with 80% renewable supply (April 2026, IMPACT World+ methodology, Ecoinvent 3).

What this means for brands. Made Without™ is a six-axis trust signal compressed into one mark: the material is recycled, the chain is ethical, the data is DPP-ready, the story is QR-scannable, the recycling is genuine, and the people are part of the value chain. Audit-ready for the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, UK Modern Slavery Act, and UFLPA. No mass balance. No greenwashing. No asterisks.

The people who process the waste are the same people whose lives change. Up to 75% of our pre-processing is handled by formalised former waste-pickers, earning 2–3x their previous income, with employment contracts, health insurance, and ESOPs in the company they help build. We pay a 3x waste premium to 14+ women-led scrap shops in our community. This is not a CSR programme bolted on. It is structurally how the business works — and harder for competitors to copy than the chemistry.

Status. First-of-a-kind demonstration plant (The Cradle, Pune) operational since October 2025. First commercial plant (~5,000 tonnes annual throughput) targeted mid-2028. B Corp Certified 2025. 8 patents (1 granted, 7 pending). Featured in 100+ global publications.

We are talking to brands, converters, regulators, and investors ready to move recycled material from "story" to "supply".
