She’s works with a range of food and drink brands from global multi-nationals to purpose-led start-ups, helping them to accelerate their progress on sustainability and placing it into the heart of their brand strategy.

She draws on senior experience as a client and consultant, she’s a Future Food Movement coach, member of the Change the brief alliance and alumni of CISL.

Lou is a Sustainability Agitator and through her consultancy Stevens.Earth, helps brands stand up to the Climate challenge by punching above their weight on both solutions and communications.

She built her career at innocent drinks, joining the start-up team and leaving 19 years later, having helped them break £500m revenue, achieve B Corp status and launch award winning projects in her role as Head of Sustainability.
