Stepwell Alliance
Born out of Shiva Foundation’s policy and advisory work on rights-based issues, Stepwell Alliance is a consultancy dedicated to building and sharing expertise in modern slavery, labour rights, gender-based violence, domestic abuse and broader social justice issues.
We translate research, policy and victims’ voices into scalable solutions that help businesses, governments and organisations move beyond policy commitments into practical action. We focus heavily on high-risk sectors such as hospitality, retail, services and social care, where subcontracting and complex recruitment practices heighten human rights risks.
To drive measurable change, we provide strategic advisory services, collaborative engagements, bespoke trainings and workshops.
