SEaB Energy
Our award-winning technology converts food and organic waste into renewable energy, water, and biofertiliser, directly at the point of waste generation. Housed in standard 20ft shipping containers, SEaB’s modular solutions based around anaerobic digestion systems are scalable, transportable, and capable of turning 500kg to 6 tonnes of organic waste per day into biogas and nutrient-rich outputs. This decentralised model not only reduces emissions from waste transportation and landfill but also generates clean electricity, heat, and biofertiliser that displace fossil fuel use on-site.
As the climate crisis deepens, food waste remains a significant source of methane — a greenhouse gas over 80 times more potent than CO₂ in the short term. SEaB’s impact lies in mitigating this threat directly. By enabling hyper-local energy generation and waste processing, our systems help organisations decarbonise operations, improve energy resilience, and meet net-zero commitments faster.
SEaB’s footprint extends across sectors — from universities, hospitals, and shopping centres to smart cities and eco-industrial parks. Every installation diverts organic waste from landfill, reduces Scope 1 and 3 emissions, and returns value to the site through clean energy and usable byproducts. Our systems support ESG targets, circular procurement practices, and compliance with tightening food waste regulations in the UK, EU, and beyond.
Headquartered in London with global deployments, SEaB Energy has been recognised by the United Nations, the World Bank, and the Solar Impulse Foundation as a high-impact solution for sustainable development. Our CEO, Sandra Sassow, has spoken at COP summits and international climate forums, advocating for scalable, practical innovations that bridge the gap between waste and energy infrastructure in both developed and emerging markets.
At Reset Connect, we aim to connect with public and private stakeholders seeking meaningful, measurable climate impact. SEaB’s technology is a ready-now solution: it reduces emissions today, rather than relying on future carbon capture or offsets. For cities and companies seeking to accelerate their transition to circular, resilient systems, SEaB Energy provides a proven, high-return pathway.
Join us to explore how small-scale anaerobic digestion can create big climate wins — and how SEaB Energy is turning waste into power, purpose, and progress.
